We are Roman and Lea. We have a young daughter, we love traveling and we love nature. - Be it with the camper, in holiday accommodation or hotels. Everything has its charm. We are always on the move. - When we're not travelling, we enjoy furnishing our holiday apartments comfortably and functionally according to our ideas and renting them out to guests who should feel very comfortable.
1. Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out is by 11 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request. Guests who stay beyond their stated check-out time or who interfere with our housekeeping staff are responsible for all associated costs and expenses.
2. Guests are not permitted to make a booking at their place of residence. Please contact us if booking within your city.
3. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted. Smoking violations will incur a fine of €250 plus the cost of cleaning and repairing damage.
4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
5. Overnight guests exceeding the number specified in the reservation are not permitted.
6. Pets are not allowed. Violating our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us prior to their stay.
7. Guests are responsible for the cost of replacing lost keys.
8. Guests bear full responsibility for any damage, injury or loss caused to the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to the host.
9. Booking a reservation constitutes agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who break these rules will be liable for any damage, fee, cost or expense involved. Violation of house rules may result in immediate cancellation of reservation and eviction without refund.
